... raw horse? Yeah, as the picture shows, I have eaten that, in Japan. I ate it raw horse with Haruka in an izakaya near her house. To be honest, I am not an expert telling the different flavors of the different kinds of meat (of other things neither) but it surprised me that it is not a very hard one.

I do not know if there are other varieties based on horse, but it was served in slices thicker than the one of a carpaccio and dressed with some kinf of souce. The mix was yummy.

...el caballo crudo? Pues sí, como muestra la foto he probado esto, en Japón para ser exactos. Lo comí con Haruka en un izakaya de su barrio. La verdad es que no soy especialmente bueno para diferenciar sabores de carnes (ni de otras cosas) pero me sorprendió que no fuera una carne excesivamente dura.

No sé si hay más variedades, que supongo que sí, pero a nosotros nos los sirvieron en rodajas algo más gruesas que el carpaccio y aliñada con alguna salsa . La mezcla resultaba bastante buena.
