... raw horse? Yeah, as the picture shows, I have eaten that, in Japan. I ate it raw horse with Haruka in an izakaya near her house. To be honest, I am not an expert telling the different flavors of the different kinds of meat (of other things neither) but it surprised me that it is not a very hard one.
I do not know if there are other varieties based on horse, but it was served in slices thicker than the one of a carpaccio and dressed with some kinf of souce. The mix was yummy.
